رابطة حمایت‌ اجتماعی با عملکرد ورزشی ادراک شده زنان ورزشکار با نقش میانجی انگیزش درونی

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطة حمایت اجتماعی با عملکرد ورزشی ادراک‌شده زنان ورزشکار با نقش میانجی انگیزش درونی با استفاده از رویکرد مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بوده است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعة کمی، مقطعی و همبستگی بوده که به صورت میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را زنان ورزشکار با تجربة ورزش در سطوح استانی، ملّی و بین‌المللی تشکیل می‌دادند. 98 نفر از زنان ورزشکار بر اساس فرمول تعیین نمونة مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. بخش میدانی مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌‌های استانداردی انجام شد که قبلاً در تحقیقات مشابه به کار رفته‌اند. جهت آزمون فرضیات و ارزیابی روایی مدل از آزمون مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (PLS) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد حمایت اجتماعی هم با عملکرد ورزشی ادراک‌شده (39/0=β) و هم با انگیزش درونی (42/0=β) زنان ورزشکار رابطه داشته است. همچنین، بخشی دیگر از یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که رابطة انگیزش درونی با عملکرد ورزشی ادراک‌شده زنان معنادار بوده (44/0=β) و از طرف دیگر، انگیزش درونی (به عنوان میانجی) توانسته است رابطة حمایت اجتماعی با عملکرد ورزشی ادراک‌شده زنان را تسهیل و تقویت نماید (57/0=β). مقدار شاخص GOF نیز حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل پژوهش بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش تعامل عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل درونی را در راستای تقویت و بهبود عملکرد ورزشکاران زن برجسته ساخته است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، عوامل اجتماعی بیرونی و فرآیندهای انگیزشی درونی به صورت پویا با هم تعامل داشته و قادرند زمینه را برای عملکرد موفقیت‌آمیز ورزشکاران زن فراهم نمایند.
