تأثیر مکانیزم‌های دفاعی و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس بر توانمندسازی مدیران ورزشی زن استان آذربایجان غربی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مکانیزم‌های دفاعی و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس بر توانمندسازی مدیران ورزشی زن استان آذربایجان غربی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه مدیران ورزشی زن استان آذربایجان غربی بود که طبق آمار 313 نفر بودند. تمامی آن‌ها به صورت تمام‌شمار به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه توانمندسازی مدیران اسپریتزر و دونسون (2005)، پرسشنامه سبک‌های دفاعی آندروز و همکاران (1993) و پرسشنامه سبک‌های مقابله با استرس اندلر و پارکر (1994) استفاده شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی و همچنین از آزمون مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 23 و SmartPLS نسخه 3.1.1 در سطح معنا‌داری 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس (001/0=p؛ 123/9=t) و مکانیزم‌های دفاعی (001/0=p؛ 206/12=t) تأثیر معنا‌داری بر توانمندسازی مدیران ورزشی زن استان آذربایجان غربی داشتند؛ بنابراین می‌توان با آموزش راهبردهای مقابله‌ای کارآمد (نظیر ارتقای آگاهی، تصمیم‌گیری منطقی برای حل موقعیت‌های چالش‌برانگیز، تقویت مهارت‌های بین‌فردی و مدیریت هیجان‌ها)، آستانه تحمل و توانمندسازی مدیران ورزشی زن را به طور معناداری بهبود بخشید.
