تبیین ارتباط میان ذهن خودانتقادی، انعطاف‌‌پذیری شناختی و اهداف پیشرفت با عملکرد ورزشی دختران دانش‌آموز

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین پیوند میان ذهن خودانتقادی، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و اهداف پیشرفت با عملکرد ورزشی دختران دانش‌آموز بود. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناسی، توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر ورزشکار مقطع متوسطه شهرستان قروه در سال تحصیلی 14041403 بود. نمونه‌ای 188 نفری به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تمایل به تفکر انتقادی، سعادتی وشامیر، مقیاس انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندر وال، پرسشنامه اهداف پیشرفت الیوت و مک‌گریگور و مقیاس عملکرد ورزشی موسوی و موسی بود. داده‌ها با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ذهن خودانتقادی تأثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معناداری بر عملکرد ورزشی داشت و بخشی از این اثر از طریق اهداف پیشرفت منتقل شده است. انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی با اهداف پیشرفت رابطه داشت، اما اثر غیرمستقیم معناداری بر عملکرد ورزشی نشان نداد. شاخص برازش کلی مدل (54/0=GOF) بیانگر برازش قوی مدل پیشنهادی بود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تقویت ذهن خودانتقادی سازنده و جهت‌گیری هدفمند می‌تواند عملکرد ورزشی دختران نوجوان را بهبود بخشد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که این متغیرها در طراحی آموزش‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های روان‌شناسی ورزش در مدارس مدنظر قرار گیرند.
