اثربخشی آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و عملکرد اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دختر هنرستان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مثبت­نگری بر عملکرد اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش­آموزان دختر شهر اصفهان بود. روش تحقیق، نیمه‌تجربی با استفاده از پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه دانش­آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم هنرستان تربیت‌بدنی شهر اصفهان بود که 130 نفر از دانش‌آموزان واجد شرایط پژوهش به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه به صورت تصافی تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه شصت‌دقیقه­ای آموزش­های مثبت­نگری براساس برنامه سلیگمن (2005) را دریافت کرد. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه­های عملکرد اجتماعی اسپنس و همکاران (2002) و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی جینک و مورگان (1999) جمع­آوری و با نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 26 به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شدند. یافته­ها نشان داد که آموزش مثبت­نگری در بهبود عملکرد اجتماعی شامل مؤلفه‌های راندمان تحصیلی (56/23F=، 001/0p<)، ارتباط با همسالان (74/19F=، 001/0p<)، روابط خانوادگی (89/17F=، 001/0p<) و مراقبت از خود (23/16F=، 001/0p<) و همچنین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی شامل مؤلفه‌های استعداد (79/13F=، 001/0p<)، کوشش (34/17F=،001/0p<) و بافت (06/15F=، 001/0p<)، تأثیر معنادار و مثبت داشت. دانش­آموزان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در این مؤلفه‌ها عملکرد بهتری از خود نشان دادند. همچنین میزان اثر (مجذور اتای بیشتر از 14/0) بیانگر آن بود که آموزش مثبت‌نگری تأثیر معناداری بر متغیرهای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، عملکرداجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با آن داشت. نتیجه‌ گرفته می‌شود که آموزش مثبت­نگری به طور مؤثری موجب افزایش خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و ارتقای عملکرد اجتماعی دانش­آموزان هنرستان تربیت‌بدنی می­شود و می­تواند به‌عنوان مداخله آموزشی کاربردی و مؤثر در مدارس به کار گرفته شود.
