شناسایی موانع و راهکارهای توسعه ورزش در بین تازه‌مادران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی موانع و راهکارهای توسعه ورزش در بین تازه‌مادران و تبیین تجربه زیسته آنان از فعالیت بدنی در دوران پس از زایمان انجام شد. این مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام گرفت. سیزده تازه‌مادر به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته گردآوری و به‌صورت کلمه‌به‌کلمه پیاده‌سازی و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش هفت‌مرحله‌ای کلایزی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی دو حیطه اصلی موانع و راهکارها منجر شد که در مجموع شامل پنج تم موانع و پنج تم تسهیل‌گر بود. موانع کلیدی شامل فشار نقش‌های مادری و خانه داری، نبود شبکه حمایتی برای مراقبت کودک، چالش‌های جسمی و روانی پس از زایمان، محدودیت‌های ساختاری و اقتصادی محیط‌های ورزشی و چالش های فردی و فشارهای اجتماعی گزارش شد. در مقابل، تم‌های تسهیل‌گر شامل حمایت خانواده و بازتوزیع نقش‌ها، زیرساخت‌های ورزشی دوستدار مادر–کودک و دردسترس، حمایت اقتصادی و سیاست‌های تشویقی، فرهنگ‌سازی و تغییر نگرش اجتماعی و راهبردهای فردی و خودتنظیمی مادران بود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد توصیه به ورزش برای تازه‌مادران، بدون توجه هم‌زمان به موانع چندلایه فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی و ساختاری، به تغییر رفتار پایدار منجر نمی‌شود. طراحی مداخلات چندسطحی در سطح خانواده، جامعه و نظام ارائه خدمات سلامت و ورزش برای تسهیل مشارکت ورزشی تازه‌مادران و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی آنان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
