تأثیر هشت هفته پیلاتس در آب بر شادکامی و خودکارآمدی درد در زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن

چکیده
کمردرد مزمن به عنوان یک نگرانی عمده بهداشت عمومی، تبعات گسترده‌ای بر ابعاد جسمانی و روانی-اجتماعی افراد، به‌ویژه جمعیت زنان، دارد. این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس در آب بر شادکامی و خودکارآمدی درد در زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن پرداخت. در این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی، 40 زن با دامنه سنی 45-35 سال مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی یک پروتکل تمرینی ساختاریافته پیلاتس در آب را به مدت 8 هفته (هفته‌ای 2 جلسه) اجرا کردند، در حالی که گروه کنترل تنها فعالیت‌های روزمره خود را ادامه دادند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه‌های خودکارآمدی درد (PSEQ) و شادکامی آکسفورد (OHQ-SF) گردآوری و با تحلیل واریانس مختلط تحلیل شد. نتایج بهبود معناداری را در شادکامی (0.347 = η²، 001/0 p≤) و خودکارآمدی درد (0.442 = η²، 001/0 p≤) در گروه تجربی نشان داد. محاسبه اندازه اثر بیانگر آن بود که ۷/۳۴ درصد از واریانس شادکامی و ۲/۴۴ درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی درد ناشی از مداخله تمرینی بوده است. یافته‌ها گویای اثربخشی قابل توجه برنامه تمرینات پیلاتس در آب در ارتقای سطح شادکامی و تقویت خودکارآمدی درد در زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن است. این پروتکل تمرینی به عنوان یک راهبرد غیرتهاجمی، ایمن و مؤثر، می‌تواند به عنوان یک مکمل ارزشمند در برنامه‌های جامع توانبخشی این بیماران توسط متخصصان فیزیوتراپی، پزشکان و روان‌شناسان سلامت مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
