هدف این پژوهش، تبیین رفتار اشتراکگذاری زنان از محتوای سبک زندگی ورزشی در فضای مجازی بود. این پژوهش با توجه به هدف کاربردی، در حوزه پژوهشهای کمی و به صورت توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان بیشتر از ۱۸ سال و فعال در شبکههای اجتماعی بود که به اشتراکگذاری محتوای ورزشی و سبک زندگی علاقهمند بودند. نمونهگیری به صورت دردسترس صورت گرفت و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 220نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای استاندارد فومو، مصرف نمایشی و رفتار اشتراکگذاری (دینه و لی، 2024) و مقایسه اجتماعی(کفلی کول و همکاران، 2025) براساس طیف لیکرت بود که روایی آنها با روش ترجمه و بازترجمه و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ بیشتر از 7/0 تأیید شد. دادهها با نرمافزار SmartPLS 4تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که مقایسه اجتماعی (426/0=β، 662/7=t) بر فومو، فومو بر مصرف نمایشی (375/0=β، 374/6=t) و رفتار اشتراکگذاری (337/0=β، 122/6=t) و مصرف نمایشی نیز(368/0=β، 915/6=t) بر رفتار اشتراکگذاری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. براساس نتایج، ترس از دست دادن اثر درخورتوجهی بر رفتار اشتراکگذاری مصرف در میان کاربران شبکههای اجتماعی دارد. افرادی که سطح بالاتری از فومو را تجربه میکنند، فشار بیشتری برای بهاشتراکگذاری خریدهای خود احساس میکنند تا بتوانند هویت اجتماعی خویش را مدیریت کنند. مصرف نمایشی بهعنوان یکی از مفاهیم کلیدی در جامعهشناسی مصرف، نشاندهنده تمایل افراد به نمایش هویت، موقعیت اجتماعی و سبک زندگی خود از طریق کالاها، خدمات و فعالیتهایی است که جنبه نمادین دارند. مصرف نمایشی و رفتار بهاشتراکگذاری، رابطه تعاملی با ساختار اجتماعی و فرهنگی پیرامون دارند. میتوان گفت، مصرف نمایشی و رفتار بهاشتراکگذاری در زنان تولیدکننده محتوای لایفاستایل ورزشی، بازتابی از تغییرات فرهنگی گستردهتری است که در جامعه جریان دارد.
