تأثیر جهت دهی توجه خودگفتاری آموزشی بر عملکرد حرکتی سرویس والیبال دختران نوجوان

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تأثیر جهت‌دهی توجه خودگفتاری آموزشی بر عملکرد حرکتی سرویس والیبال دختران نوجوان می‌باشد. روش اجرای این پژوهش نیمه تجربی و طرح آن شامل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. شرکت‌کننده‌های این تحقیق 60 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر شهرستان طارم (98/0‌±5/13 سال) به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابتدا پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی و رضایت نامه در اختیار داوطلبان قرار داده شد و سپس با توجه به اطلاعات پرسشنامه (عدم آشنایی با مهارت پایه والیبال سرویس) و پرسشنامه دست برتری ادینبورگ پیش‌‌‌آزمون سرویس والیبال ایفرد انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان بر اساس نمرات پیش‌آزمون به‌صورت همگن در 3 گروه 20 نفری خودگفتاری بیرونی، خودگفتاری درونی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب نشان داد که گروه خودگفتاری بیرونی نسبت به گروه خودگفتاری درونی و کنترل، عملکرد بهتری داشتند. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد که در مراحل پس‌آزمون و انتقال، در عملکرد سرویس والیبال به‌طور معناداری P<0.05 گروه خودگفتاری بیرونی نمرات بالاتری را نسبت به دو گروه دیگر کسب کرد. ولی بین دو گروه خودگفتاری درونی و کنترل در دو زمان پس‌آزمون و انتقال تفاوت معناداری P>0.05 مشاهده نشد. در یک نتیجه‌گیری کلی می‌توان گفت که خودگفتاری، هم به‌تنهایی و هم در تعامل با توجه، می‌تواند برای بالا بردن سطح مهارت حرکتی مفید واقع شود. همچنین پژوهش حاضر از فرضیه عمل محدود شده و فرضیه پردازش آشکار حمایت کرده و نشان می‌دهد که تمرکز روی اثرات حرکت در محیط، عملکرد حرکتی را بهبود می‌بخشد.
