Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the sporting success of women’s futsal league teams in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq through an integrated structural model. The study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method, using a survey approach conducted through field research. The statistical population consisted of managers, coaches, players, and experts related to women’s futsal in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. A total of 131 participants were selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was the Team Sports Success Influencing Factors Questionnaire developed by Rajabizadeh and Goharrostami, which was adapted to the conditions of the study population. The validity of the instrument was confirmed through content validity indices (CVR and CVI),construct validity, and reliability using Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. Data were analyzed using SPSS32 and SmartPLS4 software through partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and the Friedman test

The findings showed that internal and external factors had positive and significant effects on sporting success (p<0.001). Internal factors, with a path coefficient of β=0.60, had a greater role in explaining sporting success compared with external factors (β=0.39), and the proposed model explained 74% of the variance in sporting success (R²=0.74). The Friedman test results also indicated a higher priority for internal factors. Among the internal dimensions, players and team preparation, and among the external dimensions, fans and the local community and club brand had higher priorities.Overall, the sporting success of women’s futsal teams results from the interaction between internal capabilities and external factors.
