The findings showed that 165 initial codes were identified from the interviews. Basic concepts were 15 codes, obstacles were 35 codes, comparison with countries were 19 codes, motivators were 11 codes, situational analysis was 26 codes, strategies were 32 codes, and solutions were 27 codes. In the following categories, causal conditions including 6 codes, background conditions including 3 codes, intervening conditions including 6 items, strategies including 3 codes and consequences including 5 codes were classified. As a result, it was found that most of the development factors are not related to the women themselves, but by facilitating environmental factors and solving the obstacles, women will easily choose and engage in sport-for-all in their free time.
