Abstract

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the mental patterns of experts regarding the effective factors in the development of women's sports culture. The research method is applied, interpretative-positivist and mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In this research, 12 people of general sports experts were selected as a specialized team and an in-depth interview based on Q method was conducted with them, and cards based on Q propositions were given among them. was distributed 20 final propositions were identified and prioritized by the 24 participants in the next step. The data were analyzed with the help of Q factor analysis and the different mentalities of the participants were identified. Finally, it was found that six mental patterns including the factors of the sports management system, religious beliefs and values, policy making and macro factors of the country, the role of the family and mothers, encouragement, promotion and promotion, the education system of the country in relation to the factors affecting the development The general sports culture of women has been identified, and the results show that attention to women's sports in the sports management system, as well as in policy making and macro factors, along with reforming and updating traditional beliefs and values with the help of religious authorities, as well as paying special attention to the role of mothers in educating the next generation The future, along with the reform of the educational system, can increase the desire for sports among women and help to improve public sports.
